Tips to make a healthy body:-

  1. Drink plenty of water.
  2. Go for a walk daily.
  3. Avoid fast food and oily food.
  4. Avoid alcohol and drugs.
  5. Eat vegetables and fruits daily to make your body healthy.
  6. Drink milk and curd to get protiens.
  7. Drink purified water, avoid to drink tap water.
  8. Make a routine for exercise for about 30-40 minutes daily.
  9. Avoid junk food and do not overeat.
  10. Eat heavy breakfast and light dinner.
  11. Make a shedule for yoga and meditation daily,
  12. Eat green salad with your diet.
  13. Increase the intake of nutritios and high fibre diet to get a healthy body
